This Halloween was a BUSY one!
Aiden had a preschool party, we got together for our annual Halloween party at the Black's, went to the ward Trunk or Treat, and attended Seth and Nikki's family Halloween party. WOW. With all said and done, we had some fun times... but I never wanted to see the kids' costumes or another piece of candy ever again!

Carving the pumpkin before the ward trunk or treat...

This was the first year that we bought one of those pumpkin carving patterns. The kids helped me poke holes for a bit, but got bored really fast. Mommy finished...of course! It turned out pretty good, (see below).

Daddy's costume...Aaron DID NOT like him in this. He cried and cried for Andy to leave it off.

At the ward "trunk or treat"

In the weeks leading up to Halloween, Aaron was afraid of everything and adamant about NOT wearing a costume or going trick or treating. It was hilarious to watch him "trunk or treat". He was very apprehensive at first, but was amazed to find out that all he had to say was, "trick or treat" and people would put candy in his Easter basket. Yes, I said Easter basket. This kid is SO STUBBORN. He refused to carry around the pumpkin like everyone else. He wanted the one that wasn't scary. He ended up LOVING trick or treating!
