New Years Eve we had a little party with our friends. It had rained for several days before that, and outside was just a swamp. While the adults visited, all of our children snuck out and played like little piggies in the mud. We didn't realize what they were doing until we heard shrieks of delight coming from the front yard. By then, it was too late! They were all covered head to toe in MUD. They had a great time for a while, then the coldness of the day caught up to them and they all begged to come inside and shower. Needless to say, there was several hours of clean up from walls, to floors, to towels, to the bathtub for this momma. I wasn't nearly as amused with their adventure as they were!
