Our dear friend, and home teacher, Brock Bergeson, volunteered to come watch our kids for a night so that Andy and I could drive up to DC and see the Coyotes play the Capitals. It was a quick but OH SO FUN trip! The Yotes lost, but we enjoyed the evening anyway. When we returned to the house, we found out that Brock had organized a "leaf raking" party in our back yard while we were gone. The yard looked spectactular! It was such a blessing to me as I had already raked and bagged 52 bags of leaves by myself. My back was aching and I was so tired of it! The raking party had done the remaining 54 bags of leaves. What a tender mercy!
