Christmas Recital

A while back I asked a woman in our ward if she knew anyone who taught piano lessons. And she said, "Well, I can!" Then she wouldn't let me pay her. So, she's been teaching Alex and Aiden piano lessons since June, for FREE. She is such a blessing to us! Alex fought a good fight to get out of lessons...but in the end he went, and has discovered that he has an ear for music. He and Aiden are doing really well. They still hate to practice, but I do find them sitting at the keyboard practicing random things a lot. Sister Ankney planned such a fun family night for our two families. We had dinner, decorated gingerbread cookies, and had a small recital. It was so nice.
